  I have been going to Fit Therapy for almost 2 months and absolutely LOVE it. I was a little nervous joining because I had not been as active in some time and thought I was going to hate it so much that I wouldn't want to come back. The trainers know their stuff and are motivating as well as understanding to your level of fitness. Lycia and Amanda are fantastic. I look forward to going every week and have a blast working hard and feeling good.
