  Everyone there is extremely professional and friendly! Sirena in sales was extremely helpful in getting all my questions answered and explained everything in great detail! Xavier, is an awesome trainer, he is very knowledgeable and motivating throughout the entire workout; definitely the extra push I was looking for upon signing up for Orange Theory. I would highly recommend to anyone!

  It is so amazing how the coaches really get to know your body and your limits, sometimes better than ourselves, they know when to push for more, and then you surprise yourself seeing that you are capable of things you don’t even dare to imagine!
