Not sure how there can be such contrasting reviews, but here is mine. I bought a Groupon for full highlights, cut and style. When I arrived, before even asking what I wanted, the lady in charge say it would cost about double because of my long hair. I expected a surcharge but almost double seems excessive. I told her I only wanted a few highlights (I thought that would be fun!) and she grabbed a few inches of my hair and said she could do that much for my Groupon. At that point I did not want anything done to my hair! But I also didn't want to leave the young stylist without a client so I just asked for the trim and style. She cut and blow dried my hair and was very nice, but of course I was very uncomfortable. As I was leaving, I asked the first lady that since I did not get my highlights but had already paid for them, could they use the extra money for the tip and she said, No! I didn't want the stylist to not get a tip so I paid her. But this was not a good experience.
